Maintenance Storage Of Rubber Boats
Assembly And disassembly
Operation Manual And Storage
  • Step 1 Assemble

    1. The inflatable rubber boat should be installed and inflated to remove all sharp things.
    2. Unroll the inflatable boat and stretch it on the ground.
    3. Install the valve in the appropriate position, ensure that the cover gasket is in the appropriate position, and install the valve slide lock on each valve.
    4. When used for the first time, the foot inflator should be installed on the air valve, one at a time, and filled with gas to ensure the balance of air pressure between the air bags. When full of air, release the valve and let off about 1/2 of the air. Then turn the air valve and continue to install. Note: The keel should not be inflated until the bottom plate is installed.
    5. If the boat has previously been inflated, attach the pedal inflators to each valve, one at a time, and inflate until the bag capacity is 1/2.

  • Step 2 Disassemble

    1. Release all air valves to deflate.
    2. Remove your seat.
    3. Remove the side connection from the bottom plate.
    4. Use the pedal inflator as an inflator to discharge the remaining gas in each airbag.
    5. With the bottom of the boat facing down, tuck the hull over the side of the boat into the boat, roll up the hull from either side and load it into the backpack along with the inflator and hose.
